These SMS Terms and Conditions describe how SpillWerx, LLC (“SpillWerx”) uses text messaging for account notifications and customer care. SMS participation is optional and requires consent.

Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication, your role, account activity, and active incident activity. Recipients may receive multiple messages while an incident or job is active.

4. Potential Fees for SMS Messaging

Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary if a message is sent domestically or internationally.

5. Opt-In Method

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from SpillWerx, LLC by submitting an online form and selecting the optional SMS consent checkbox. The checkbox is not pre-selected, and you may submit a form without consenting to SMS.

6. Opt-Out Method

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. Alternatively, contact us at admin@spillwerx.com or 844-775-9379 to request removal from our messaging list.

If you do not wish to receive SMS messages, do not select the optional SMS consent checkbox on our forms.
